Portrait Commission Deposit
£15.00 – £55.00
Each portrait is lovingly cut by hand with a super sharp surgical grade scalpel. I use 8 layers of high quality greyscale toned paper for each cut, although occasionally more layers may be required if a cut is particularly detailed.
I offer two choices of paper;
Stardream – a smooth, pearlescent, 120gsm paper, available up to A3 size.
Hammered – a textured, matte, 160gsm paper, available up to A4 size.
Due to the delicate nature of the paper cuts, all of my portraits come mounted and framed in a quality frame. You can choose from Black, White or Natural Wood frames.
Prices are based on a close up, clear and good quality image. If you have any questions about suitable photographs, please feel free to contact me to discuss your options. I am also able to provide custom sizing if necessary.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining amount payable one week before your portrait is due to be started. Finished portraits can be made into fine art prints, greetings cards etc.
Current turnaround time is 6-8 weeks.
